I agree with you, a more sophisticated and maybe accurate study would be to extend this to a population. Unfortunately (or maybe not so unfortunately :)) the data related to the “aura” are strictly personal and you can’t extract them using any tool of Spotify API. That’s why I conducted my study on my own area.
